Sarah Brown Wessling is the 2010 National Teacher of the Year. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher and a Teacher Laureate for the Teaching Channel. Sarah currently works in a hybrid role where she teaches High School English at Johnston High School in Johnston, Iowa during the fall and spends her spring working with the National Teacher of the Year Program along with writing, and other speaking and teaching engagements across the country.
